Happy Manager Appreciation Day to our Natalie ✨
Many of our Moxie residents may not have had the chance to meet Natalie, so today felt like the perfect opportunity to introduce someone who means so much to our team.
Natalie is strong, determined, and the kind of person who is going to find a way to get things done. But what makes her so special is the amount of grace and heart she carries right alongside that strength. She cares deeply about her teams, the people around her, and the communities she helps lead.
She is also one of the most fun people to have around. She brings the energy, keeps us laughing, and can make even the craziest days a little more enjoyable.
But our favorite thing about Natalie is the way she believes in people. She sees potential in everyone and has a way of pushing you to grow while still making you feel supported along the way. We are all better because we have had the opportunity to learn from her.
There is so much that happens behind the scenes of a community, and we are incredibly thankful to have Natalie there alongside us through all of it.
