Kenton T. Kinney is originally from Northwest Missouri. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice - Legal Studies from Missouri Western State University, and is a graduate of The University of Missouri - Kansas City School of Law. While in Law School, Kenton participated on Mock Trial, Moot Court, and National Negotiation Teams, served as a board member on the UMKC Law Review, and served as Chief Justice of the Honor Court. Upon graduating Law School and passing the Missouri State Bar, Kenton started his own firm where he focused on Traffic, Criminal, and Family Law. Kenton continues to focus his practice in those areas with Burkhart Law Group. Kenton has been a Missouri State High School Official for over 12 years in the sport of Wrestling, and is an active member in the Western Missouri Wrestling Officials Association. When he is not in the office or on the mat, he enjoys working and spending time at the family farm in Northwest Missouri.
