Congratulations to founding principal, John Rollins, on his acceptance into the prestigious American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA)! Membership in ABOTA is invitation only, requires an impressive body of trial work, and requires nomination/approval by the local chapter and approval by the national board. John was one of only two new members accepted from Missouri and Kansas this year.

Four new lawsuits have been filed against Riverbend Post Acute Rehabilitation in response to the COVID-19 outbreak at the Kansas City, Kansas, facility. On Friday, John Rollins with The Rollins/Kavanaugh Law Firm P.C., filed the lawsuits on behalf of four different families.
