Every last one of my clients is under contract with seller credits being gifted to them, 0% down / grant money, as well as lender credits , down payment assistance and negotiated repairs. 👏🏾THIS 👏🏾IS 👏🏾NOT 👏🏾A 👏🏾GAME 👏🏾TO 👏🏾ME 👏🏾.
