On Saturday, December 12, 2020 the FAA Issued the following policy statement regarding use of the COVID-19 vaccine by pilots and air traffic controllers. This policy only applies to the Pfizer vaccine and pilots and air traffic controllers must observe a 48-hour no-fly/no safety related duties after each dose. The shot requires 2 doses taken 21 days apart.
