The band is back together! We were able to complete our first jury trial since the COVID-19 pandemic started, and are happy to report a verdict in our client's favor was reached after only 7 minutes of deliberations! A fantastic result for a very worthy client!

Managing partner and owner, Dan Doyle, was chosen as the President Elect of the Wyandotte County Bar Association on November 15, 2017. Dan's many years of experience litigating in Wyandotte County and work to serve the Bar made him an excellent choice to lead the Association. Congratulations Dan!

Answer: Yes, an employer is liable for discriminating based on disability even if the employer is totally wrong about the employee having a disability. The law doesn't let employer discrimination based on disabilities and an employer isn't reward just because it it dumb.
