Videos like this appreciate my clients. They don't show up to video Court while actively driving a vehicle. In fact, some don't show up at all.

What are "neutral and detached magistrates"?

Affidavits signed by a police chief and magistrate to warrant the raid on the Marion County Record were supposed to provide evidence that a reporter committed a crime. Instead, they serve as evidence that the local officials abused their power.

"Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere!"

This morning, our office had the pleasure of representing a client who was charged with DUI. We took this case to trial by the Court In Johnson County District Court, Kansas and we are pleased to report our client was found NOT GUILTY! By the afternoon, in The Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri Mr. Hunter was able to have another case dismissed. Mr. Hunter went into the field of criminal defense not to "put criminals back onto the streets" as some say, but to help determine if a crime was ever committed in the first place. If you have found yourself in a similar situation, you don't need to go through it alone.

Our office is growing!! Please welcome Trishdan, our newest employee here at Hunter & Associates Law Firm. She has gracefully transitioned into her new roll as our Legal Assistant. She has taken over billing, scheduling, calls, emails, and basically manages our day to day tasks. She has worked in customer service for the last 11 years and has a background in business management. She is a mother of 6, very patient and kind with such a sparkling personality and just a blessing to be around. Trish will fit right in, I can't wait for you all to meet her!
