My Story
Graduated from Detroit College of Law cm laude in 2 1/2 years. Was a note and comment editor on Law Review and did an internship with Justice Boyle of the Michigan Supreme Court.
Was judge Beale’s law clerk for one year then began court appointed indigent criminal defense. Spent 15 years handling over half of the criminal defense in Midland County plus a private practice that has taken me to every county in the state. Tried everything from loose dog cases to 5 of the last 7 murder cases in Midland County. Moved my practice to Kalkaska County six years ago, though I still take cases all over the state.
