🚑Think you're covered by enough insurance? Think again! Penalties for the other driver not carrying insurance in Montana are almost non-existent, if they're ever enforced, and should scare any responsible driver up a tree. Almost 1/4 of residents who call us for help have been hit by an uninsured/underinsured driver, leaving them with few, if any, options to pay for the treatment they will need to make them whole again.
