Peregrine Company is proud of its contribution to the revitalization of downtown Kalamazoo and is dedicated to the redevelopment of existing buildings. Peregrine owns 15 mixed use buildings containing retail, office and luxury residential apartments all within the central business district. In addition, Peregrine also owns and operates 5 parking lots.

Beautiful day, beautiful flowers - what more could you ask for? 😎🌞

We would like to thank the Peregrine-Huff Foundation for the purchase of the new self watering flower pots for the Downtown Malll, along with funding the beautiful seasonal plantings provided and planted by VanderSalm's nursery.

These vibrant displays help create a welcoming, attractive environment for residents, visitors, and businesses throughout downtown Kalamazoo.

A special thank you to the Downtown Ambassadors, who rolled up their sleeves and helped install the new planters and bring this project to life. Their dedication and hard work make our downtown a better place every day!
