Before I say anything about hitting a goal, I have to say thank you.

Thank you to every client who trusted me to help them buy or sell a home. Thank you to every person who has referred my name to a friend, family member, or coworker. And thank you to the people who continue to support me and cheer me on year after year.

Because of you guys, I capped at Keller Williams again! 🎉

For my friends outside of real estate, “capping” means I’ve reached a level of production where I now keep 100% of my commissions for the rest of my year.

It’s a milestone I’m incredibly proud of, but I also know I didn’t get here on my own. Every closing, referral, phone call, shared post, and recommendation has played a part in helping me build this business.

So while I’m definitely celebrating today, I’m mostly feeling really thankful for the people who continue to put their trust in me.
