JOURNAL ENTRY 36.2025 Recorded on June 27, 2025 Jennifer Carroll discusses a decision of the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals in which the court disagreed with a lower court ruling in a case in which a homeowner claimed her HOA broke federal civil rights laws by discriminating against her because of her race after she bought home. This concerned the Fair Housing Act and the Civil Rights Act.
