Creating healthy organic meals restaurant style is a hobby & passion. ❤️
Organic Buttermilk cake w organic blueberries and peaches, a perfect mid-afternoon snack w a cup of 🍵

Organic Buttermilk cake w fresh organic blueberries & peaches 🍑 🫐

3 cups organic flour
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder

2 sticks kerrygold grassfed butter - 16 tbs or 1 cup - my trick, I like to substitute a couple tbs of butter w organic unrefined coconut oil
3 eggs organic pasture raised
1 cup buttermilk (or 1 cup organic whole milk + 1 tbs white vinegar, let it sit 10 min)
1.5 cups brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Dash cinnamon

Beat the butter, eggs, add the sugar then vanilla & buttermilk

Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix together but don’t over beat, pour into a greased baking dish.

Assemble your thinly sliced peaches and blueberries. Bake at 350 for 50- 60 minutes. Enjoy your organic cake, it’s hard to come by so whenever possible buy organic ingredients, you and your family are worth it ❤️ has the best deal for organic flour.

I made up my own dish w Chicken w black bean sauce and green beans.
The black bean sauce is a healthier choice. They are fermented black soy beans that add a lot of flavor a little goes a long way. Anything fermented is a bonus & good for gut health ❤️
