Put it on social media.
Add it to your email signature.
Put it on your business card.
Staple it to your forehead.

I will never be chill out about reminding EVERY single real estate agent that I encounter, especially the new ones about the risk of this. Every time I see a story about a home buyer being victim of wire fraud, with their agent being spoofed, my stomach drops.

Buyers get spoofed emails, fake portals, cloned logos all over the country, and the next thing you know they’ve sent six figures to a scammer.

Please remind your clients:
✔️ You will never send wiring instructions by email.
✔️ They must always verify by phone before sending money.

🗣️ If you think you’ve said it enough, say it again.
