If you had health insurance through the Marketplace (Healthcare.gov) last year, we need your Form 1095-A to finish your tax return. We cannot file your taxes without this form!

Check your Marketplace Portal: Log in to your account online to download it instantly.

Call the Marketplace: If you are still missing yours, call them at 1-888-687-1503. They can provide the information to you immediately over the phone.
