This study by the General Accounting Office confirms that disability claimants who have a representative such as an attorney or family member are three times as likely to have their claims approved!!

And, although not included in the study, it stands to reason that the expertise, experience, and enthusiastic advocacy of the representative would further increase the claimant’s chance of approval. Something to consider when filing for disability.
