DUI ROADSIDE SAFETY CHECKPOINT

The Will County Sheriff's Office will be conducting a DUI Roadside Safety Checkpoint, Saturday, May 18th, from 9pm to 1am. The purpose of the checkpoint will be to promote roadway safety through DUI enforcement. By having a random and periodic DUI checkpoint, the Will County Sheriff's Office hopes to instill in the public our intent to dissuade anyone from drinking and driving.
The Illinois Memorial Day Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over campaign is funded by federal highway safety funds administered through the Illinois Department of Transportation.
