As we get closer to the end of the year, we can’t help but reflect on the ten months that we have been together. Many thanks for making our transition smooth and most importantly for trusting us with your mail, packages, printing and many more services that we provide. This month has already brought incredible reminders of why we care so deeply about serving our community.

On Saturday, November 1st, just an hour before closing, a long-time customer reached out with an urgent need: her nonprofit had 355 individually packed packages, each for a different recipient, and she needed everything ready for Monday morning’s carrier pickup.

We knew it would require overtime.
We knew it would stretch us — especially during peak season.
But we also knew we couldn’t turn her away.

She arrived with more than 10 large boxes, and Joe immediately stepped outside to help unload her truck. After assisting other customers in the store, we asked for time to calculate the quote. She agreed, trusting us completely.

Within hours, she gave us the green light, and our team got to work — late into the evening and early into the next morning.
By 9 AM on Monday, every single package was labeled, processed, and ready to go.

Her trust pushed us. Her mission motivated us. And we’re proud we could deliver — not just packages, but peace of mind.
