That’s 3 months in a row w/ a CLOSING! 👀

There’s ups & downs to every deal but all that matters is making across the finish line!

Most importantly it’s about what you learn along the lines of the deal & how to handle it all.

All the negotiating.
All the ends & outs.
All the changes.

Every closing makes me wiser.
Every closing makes me better.
Every closing makes me more ready for my next client.

TWO CLOSINGS IN 1 WEEK!? COME ON!

Man, I’m thankful.

This is a special one b/c it came from a family friend who had been wanting to buy for years & when meeting me, felt like they were ready to take that next step.

Sometimes it’s just about finding the right person for the job.

W/ the opportunity, that’s the kind of confidence I want to help give someone.

& with a baby on the way, I have a whole new motivation to show up & get deals done!

We’re rolling now! 🏆

This one was no walk in the park & earned every step of the way.
(Story for another day.)

But wow, does it feel good to keep this train going!

In a year w/ ups & downs, rate fluctuations & uncertainty; I’ve been able to help another client successfully purchase a home!

All while establishing myself here in Georgia, 3,000 miles away from where I grew up & used to call Home myself.

I’m loving what I’m doing & this is still only the beginning!

Anybody else got good news they’re celebrating this week?!

Today’s a perfect reminder of how blessed we are — not just to live in this country, but to be surrounded by the people who make it feel like home.

Whether you’re grilling in the backyard, waving flags at a local parade, or watching fireworks light up the summer sky.

I hope your day is filled with pride, laughter, and all the little moments that matter most.

I’m especially grateful for my clients, friends, & colleagues who make this journey rewarding.

Thank you for being a part of my real estate family.
