Ms. Myrick first became a licensed broker with the New Jersey Real Estate Commission in 2003 and organized as a real estate brokerage firm in 2014. Ms. Myrick serves as a Board Member and Officer of R.K. Caldwell Inc. and serves on its Advisory Investment Board.
The brokerage operation will work with owners, purchasers, and sellers of multifamily assets in Northern and Central New Jersey and the five Boroughs of New York.
