New project scheduled to start 6/17! This property is about 11 minutes to the Old Keystone Boat Ramp. It sits on over 2 acres and is 3 bedroom and 2 1/2 bath house. There’s also a 1000 sq ft garage/shop right behind the house suitable for boat/jet ski storage. It’s a peaceful and beautiful location. When we rolled up on it yesterday morning there was a gorgeous big buck loping through the grass:) We’re hopeful it will hit the market in mid July!

After 12 days on the market, our latest remodel is under contract🎉🎉 Many thanks to Aguilar Painting and Remodeling for the heavy lifting on this one. Once completed, we handed it off to the amazing Casey Hyon Kim for him to work his magic. And work magic he did!! We acquired this property through Sasha Gurke with New Western. We appreciate everyone involved in this project. We couldn’t have done it without all of you!

We’ve taken the roof off, had new plans drawn up and it’s all nice and clean inside:) Hoping to start framing this week:)

We closed on this beauty yesterday and we’ve already started cleaning it out. We hope to have it ready to go in about 2 months. This will be like a new build when we’re done. All drywall, insulation, cabinets, bathroom fixtures, HVAC, plumbing and electric will be new! Stay tuned for this 3 bed, 2 bath cutie in Steeplechase:)
