Missouri Prisoner Advocacy Consulting (MOPAC) was founded by Exonoree, Anthony Williams. Anthony was wrongfully convicted of 1st degree murder at the age of 14 and was held 20 years inside of the Missouri Department of Corrections (MDOC). While in prison, Anthony studied law, worked as a law clerk in the prison law library, and gained considerable experience writing his own legal pleadings and he

lping other inmates with legal filings, pro se. As a non-lawyer, Anthony has a unique ability to identify "Pathways" to mitigate or correct bad or excessive sentences. Corrections officers face murder charges in death of Othel Moore

State Rep. Marlene Terry of St. Louis denounced the alleged murder of inmate Othel Moore in the Jefferson City Correctional Center at the hands of Department of Corrections officers in the Jefferson.
