Grayson & Grayson would like to wish a very Happy Birthday to these two dedicated employees!

The first, Matt Grayson, is a familiar face for many in the legal field. Matt is one of the founding partners of Grayson & Grayson and has been tenaciously and successfully litigating cases for his clients for the Firm for twenty years! Matt was raised near Steelville, Missouri, and moved to the Jefferson City area community shortly after attaining his Bar license in Missouri in 2005. Matt also attained his Bar license from Oklahoma in 2004, where he attended law school. Matt belongs to several professional legal associations and enjoys partnering with local organizations to show shared responsibility within our community.

The second, Natalie Kirchner, has been working with Grayson & Grayson as a paralegal since June of 2025. Natalie is a Russellville native who graduated from Lindenwood University in May of 2025 with a double major in Business Administration (with an emphasis in Business Law) and Political Science (with an emphasis in pre-Law). During her college tenure, Natalie spent a semester abroad in Verona, Italy, where she gained experience in international business and management. Natalie is excited to continue growing her career in the legal field. Her hobbies include running, spending time with family, listening to music, and traveling.
