Results speak louder than words. 📈
After recently closing on a townhome in this wonderful neighborhood, I was honored when the neighboring homeowners reached out asking me to handle the sale of their home, too. There is no greater compliment in real estate than a referral from someone who watched your work firsthand.

Listed September 3rd…CLOSED September 21! 🙌🏾

18 days from listing to SOLD — at $472,000! 🎉 — and yes, tooting my horn just a little. When you’re ready to sell, you need a Realtor who knows how to position the property, market it, negotiate and get the deal across the finish line.

🏡✨ NEW HOME • NEW CHAPTER! ✨🏡
My customers officially put down their deposit on their brand-new home, and I’m so excited to be part of this journey with them! ❤️

We’ve been to this community several times, explored their options, and now they’ve chosen the home they’ll be building. I’m standing in model, and let me tell you… ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! 😍

I can’t wait to watch their vision come to life!
And a little reminder for anyone considering new construction: the builder has someone representing their interests. Make sure you have someone representing yours. 😉🏡

Congratulations to my customers on this exciting new chapter! 🥂🔑

Happy Friday, y’all! It’s picture day for this beauty (the home 😉)—while my photographer works his magic, I’m sneaking in a quick cameo. Stay tuned… she’s almost ready for her debut!

JUST LEASED: Every situation doesn’t call for a sale—and that’s where having the right realtor matters.

My clients originally planned to sell their Jacksonville home, but after talking through their goals, we realized the timing just wasn’t right. Instead of forcing a sale, we pivoted to a better solution.

I was able to secure a qualified renter at their full asking rental price, allowing them to hold onto their investment while still meeting their financial needs.

Real estate isn’t just about buying and selling—it’s about strategy, flexibility, and finding what works best for you.🙌🏾
