Brett has been attending real estate closings and visiting job sites since he was a little boy. Following in the footsteps of his dad, he became a licensed real estate agent in 2008 and a Certified Residential Contractor in 2023. Brett graduated from the University of Florida with a business degree and obtained his MBA from UNF. Throughout his career, Brett has sold a multitude of properties inclu

ding homes, condos, commercial buildings, vacant land and even a boat slip. He's experienced in new construction, having worked with several local homebuilders and developers throughout his career. Coming into the business in a down market taught Brett that every deal counts and attention to the details is everything. Brett founded Point Properties to provide first class real estate and construction services to Northeast Florida. The company name and logo are inspired by Elwood, his beloved family pointer.
