You waited on rates to drop.

They didn’t.

But that doesn’t mean homeownership is off the table.

Some builders are offering interest-rate incentives in the 4–5% range and helping with closing costs.

A small problem can come with a big price tag and a scary looking problem might be an easy fix. 👀

That crack in the wall? Could be cosmetic. Could be movement that needs a closer look.

That little ceiling stain? Could be old. Could be telling you there’s an active leak somewhere.

The lesson: don’t guess the repair bill by what it looks like.

Figure out WHY it’s happening first.

Yes, they’re both in Jacksonville—but that doesn’t mean they’re close to each other.

Jacksonville is HUGE, and choosing where to live without considering which installation you’ll be commuting to can turn what looks like a great location into a long daily drive.

Your duty station can completely change which side of town makes the most sense for you and your family.

So before we start looking at houses, we’re looking at the commute.
