I’m Rachelle Miller, Founder of The Miller Collective at Compass, and a Jacksonville-based real estate broker and team leader.

I’ve built my career around a simple belief: great representation starts with listening, understanding the bigger picture, and having a clear strategy for what comes next.

My experience as a brokerage owner has given me a perspective that goes beyond the transaction. I look at the entire process—from pricing and market analytics to positioning, marketing, negotiations, and the details that ultimately influence the outcome.

I’m particularly passionate about representing clients who value thoughtful guidance, strong communication, and a high level of service. Every client and every property is different, and I believe the strategy should be, too.
