What's the story with inventory? 🏠 We’ve written about active inventory before – the metric that measures how many properties are currently for sale at the end of each reporting period. After years of undeniably, and in some cases, uncomfortably, low levels of active inventory, the market is showing some improvement in terms of properties for buyers to consider. Here we’re comparing the difference between single-family homes and condos and townhouses, as these property types are displaying some different characteristics.
