A bunch of left and right hand fingers arhtritis granted at 10s and 0s, noncompensable scars granted, makes vet 100 percent P&T eff 03/04/2026. ITF date and a 526? If so, there's no fees and eff date is prolly correct.
SC for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome granted at 10 (!?!?!) eff 05/20/2025 (check that eval! Should it be higher?)
RD 06/05/2026 TDIU granted back to 06/25/2024 but VA is trying to screw me on fees. Randy, make sure that 10182 re fee eligibility was filed to BVA, Direct Review lane.
RD 06/12/2026 SC depression granted at 50 eff 02/20/2026. (Vet filed 526ez, no fees)
RD 06/11/2026 TDIU grated eff 03/09/2026 (EFF DATE IS WRONG BUT THIS WAS AN HLR GRANT!!!! BVA IS ONLY OPTION! File 10182 Direct REview, see 4138 06/19/2026 for argument. Vet getting TDIU in the meantime, and Direct Review is fastest path to BVA, hearing not needed.
