To my valued customers and friends,

We are open for business with your safety in mind. During these trying times, my firm will be complying with Presidential, Gubernatorial, and Mayoral executive orders concerning the Corona Virus. I will be working mostly from home, going to the office for closings and to check mail.

Our procedure for closings is to have the Buyers and Sellers sign separately at different times or in different rooms and to sanitize the rooms between each use right down to using individual keepsake pens. We will do our best to accommodate individual special requests like closing outside. Realtors are not required to attend closings unless they so desire or the lender requires your signature.
