Manatees at the "Happy River" aka, The St Johns River at County Dock Rd in Mandarin. They bring so much joy. I think of them as water dogs. They are friendly and love people.

The stats are out for August and this map shows the median price of sold properties by metro area across Florida. 🥳

It might surprise you to learn that the median home price in Florida is more than $47,000 (11%) lower than the median home price in America. 🤯

Going deeper, we can see how the different parts of the state compare. 🔍

Naples and Miami are the only metro areas more expensive than the median home price in America. 😲
