I read an article about overall well-being. It highlighted the idea that most people focus on causes of well-being instead of actual well-being in their lives. With that in mind, I will pose the question from the article to everyone. This question is suppose to guide you to actual well-being.
"Please imagine a ladder with steps numbered from 0 at the bottom to 10 at the top. The top of the ladder represents the best possible life for you and the bottom of the ladder represents the worst possible life for you.
