All good things must come to an end…even short celebrations taken to reset! At MLGPA we work HARD year around so we can take that well-deserved time off to play harder in MLG’s favorite place at least once a year!!!

A huge thank you to Mermaid Charters Key West Boat Tours for a great family day on the water Saturday! This was our second snokeling and sandbar charter with Captain Mike, and while the water was a little too rough for our snorkerlers, the water was perfect at the sandbar!

Also, for our first time fishing charter with Always Somethin’ Charter on Sunday…this hooked the Big Boss, who already 💙 to 🎣! Captain Chandler was a phenomenal guide and teacher, moving the boat when needed to make sure Mason and Evelyn Alton Cody were catching 🐡🐟🐠!

For me, I was all about the boating both days! If you are in Key West, get in the water - you cannot go wrong with either of these charters!! We will be back booking with both!

It may be 🔥 and we are all 🫠, and month-end may have everyone 🏃🏼‍♀️ at full speed, but MLGPA is never too busy to support those that support us!

Today we’re proud to join our friends at La Rosa Realty Jacksonville and The Anderson Group At La Rosa Realty Jacksonville for their annual Back-to-📚 Drive! MLGPA is helping to ensure our local children have the school supplies they need to have a phenomenal start to 2026-2027… 🎒📝🖍️📓!!!

It was a successful, information and fun-filled conference last week at our annual Florida CUREN destination conference in Naples. While Evelyn and I attended the sessions and events, the Big Boss mostly supervised the resort amenities, but he did attend his first CUREN dinner this year. I am so honored and thankful to be part of this amazing Board full of phenomenal people!!!

It was a super early start to our day to ✈️ out to our Annual Florida CUREN Conference, but it is off to a great start!!! This year the addition of commercial breakout sessions is providing even more knowledge for the attendees to take back to their individual credit unions!!! It’s so exciting to see the ongoing growth of such an amazing organization. 🙌🏻 ❤️

Today is a BIG day at MLGPA, some would say it could be a national holiday...it is the MLPGA's "Everything's" birthdayyyyyyyy!!! 🎉 That's right, many moons (or shall we say decades) ago I received my first promotion in life when she popped into this 🌠and I've been moving up ever since. The beauty is that now she moves 🔝 with me at our mini empire!

A HUGE HAPPY BIRTHDAY to Evelyn Alton Cody! Today...we hope you have a phenomenal day celebrating YOU!!! Next week...me and the Big Boss will help 🥳 at our annual Florida CUREN Conference. Thank you for all that you do for MLGPA, the Big Boss, and the Real Boss! 🙌💙❤️

Sometimes your 5Ks need to be different. This month it absolutely was! After a tough month physically, I still felt the need to fulfill that commitment, but I absolutely just could not. It looked like it was going to be a loss for June, but this weekend, one of those very dear and special friends, that knows all the things, and I, took a walk on the 🏖️. No timer, no race, no plan - before you know it walking and talking, enjoying catching up on each others lives, and the 5K was done. Not the fastest but absolutely one of the best!!! 💖 Sometimes it is not about speed, it’s about getting it done with those you’re walking life with! You don’t have to have a conversation on a daily, weekly or even a monthly basis because life happens for us all - the best friends are those that understand that and you love each other more because of it.

Keep running your own races, professionally and personally!!! It’s worth every step! 🙌🏻
