Just went to trial on a 3rd DUI with refusal and won! Wonderful to see justice prevail.

Just won a DUI trial the jury came back not guilty in less than 20 minutes! Good to see justice prevail.

- one possession + speeding citation DROPPED
-Two trials WON today

- 1 Misdemeanor DROPPED
- 2nd Violation of Probation RESOLVED for time served

The last few weeks have been quite successful!!

-Double blow DUI REDUCED to a reckless.
-6 Driver's licenses suspended for HTO (Habitual Traffic Offender/5 year revocation) REINSTATED and HTO's removed so that clients do not need SR 22 Insurance, which is very expensive.
-16 CDL Drivers' charges DISMISSED or AMENDED to non-moving or minor violations.
-4 domestic batteries (a charge that could cause you to lose your right to bear arms) either DROPPED or REDUCED to simple fighting charge.
-3 felonies REDUCED to misdemeanors.
-DUI trial with refusal acquitted and found NOT GUILTY.
-another license RESTORED last week (HTO removed)
-1 improper change of lane accident for a CDL driver trial WON

Here is an update of our last 3 weeks. We have had great results!

-2 Felony charges reduced to Misdemeanor charges.
-Avoided jail time for my client when the State was asking for 10 days jail time on a criminal traffic violation.
-Restored a Driver's License so my client is now able to legally drive after License being revoked for 5 years.
-3 criminal traffic citations were DISMISSED.
- 4 civil traffic violations were DISMISSED for clients who hold a Commercial Drivers License.

This week I was able to get a bond reduced on a felony charge from $50,000 to $2,500 for my client. Along with 2 DUI's being broke down to reckless driving charges, a possession of less than 20 grams of ma*****na DROPPED, and time served instead of 18 month drug offender probation for felony possession of controlled substance.
