Ansbacher Law founding attorney Barry B. Ansbacher was honored to present “MRTA Issues Plaguing Associations – Extinguished Covenants, Revitalization & Unanswered Issues,” alongside Jennifer J. Bloodworth, Esq., of First American Title Insurance Company. Their presentation explored the complexities of Florida’s Marketable Record Title Act (MRTA), including extinguished covenants, covenant revitalization, and the implications for condominium and homeowners’ associations.
