🚨‼️ BOND REDUCTION ‼️🚨

A SSLF Client charged with Murder and Aggravated Assault had a bond of $1.2 Million. The prosecution would not agree to anything less than $600,000 and requested the same from the Court. The Court rejected the State’s argument and set the bond at $200,000.

A SSLF Client was indicted for Possession of Methamphetamine, Fentanyl, Co***ne, and Morphine as a result of a 2023 drug raid. In preparation for trial, Atty. Spencer challenged the validity of the indictment and on Monday, all charges were dismissed.
