Deeds, quitclaim deeds, title transfers, landlord docs.
4. Wedding Officiant Services
Tennessee allows notaries to perform marriages 👰🏽♀️🤵🏽♂️ (great add-on service).
5. Mobile Notary Services
Travel to homes, hospitals, jails, nursing homes, businesses (charge travel fees).
