We are pleased to welcome Tabitha Franks as our new legal assistant! Tabitha began working with our firm in August 2026 and is excited to be part of the team. She attended The University of Tennessee at Martin, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She is continuing her education at UTM and will graduate with a Master’s in Strategic Communication in December 2026. Outside of work and school, Tabitha enjoys reading, spending time at the golf course with her husband, Bryce, and going on walks.

We have enjoyed having our summer law clerks, Sophie Browning 1L UTK and Lauren Laffoon 2L University of Mississippi. These two ladies have done an excellent job and we wish them the best for the upcoming school year!
