If you have outstanding community service hours, now is the time to get them done. Community Service is Monday through Friday, start time is 8:30 am. You will be required to report to the Probation Department to sign in. Please dress appropriately to work, no tank tops or crop tops. Wear comfortable closed-toed shoes.

Probation Officers are currently reviewing all cases with outstanding community service. Failure to timely complete the court-ordered community service hours may result in sanctions, up to incarceration.

UPDATE: We will open at 12:00 p.m. All afternoon hearings will proceed as scheduled.

The Jackson County Municipal Court will delay opening until at least 12:00 p.m. today, Thursday, January 22, 2026, due to the Level 3 snow emergency. All cases from the morning docket will be reset by order. Please follow our page for further updates.n sgs willu

Cody S. Frazier, of 11295 Beaver Pike in Jackson, was arrested Friday, January 9th, by Judge Randy H. Dupree’s Municipal Court Probation Officers and Jackson County Sheriff’s Deputies on a warrant for probation violation. Frazier was found hiding behind a false wall in a garage on the property and taken into custody. A handgun was also located in the vicinity of Frazier and was seized. Frazier was incarcerated at the Jackson County Correctional Facility, where he will await initial appearance at the Jackson County Municipal Court.
