I’m “just a city boy, born and raised in...” JUST KIDDING!!! Seriously, who am I and what can I do for you?
I’m an attorney, but not just some guy who went to law school right out of college, managed to survive the bar exam, and went to work as a lawyer. Instead, I took a longer and much less direct path into the legal profession. I have been involved in multiple business ventures throughout my adult life. I have owned or managed businesses in retail, entertainment, production, and construction industries. In fact, I bring more than twenty years of business experience into my legal practice. My experience in the real world makes me uniquely qualified to help my clients identify issues, and find innovative solutions that might otherwise be overlooked by the less experienced.
My love of the law and the desire to be a lawyer began early in my childhood, but other opportunities took me down other avenues, but once I started law school in 2014 I knew I had found my true calling. After completing my degree and passing the bar, in 2017 I merged my business experience and other talents with my legal education and joined the Frascogna Law brand as an entertainment and intellectual property attorney and strategist.
My clients include writers, artists, musicians, actors, producers, entrepreneurs, corporations, preachers, teachers, engineers, and athletes who operate in the many of the same industries where I spent much of my adulthood. The focus of my practice is intellectual property and entertainment law, but I also incorporate general business law into my practice as well. I enjoy helping clients develop and protect their intellectual property, as well as expand their businesses through market strategy and planning in a range of industries. I can also provide general council services, continuity and succession planning, and estate planning.
