Emma’s journey at Children’s of Mississippi began with her first seizure. Diagnosed with epilepsy and later neurofibromatosis type 1, her Children’s care team, including Dr. Brad Ingram, the EEG team and nurses on the sixth floor, have helped her manage her condition like a champ. She even handles her own medication routine, with her service dog, Clyde, right by her side.
Emma loves dancing in show choir, playing piano, swimming and thriving in her church’s kids ministry. 🌈
