A CNY nursing home didn’t call cops after s*x offender abused resident 3 separate times. Oswego, N.Y. nursing home did not call police after a registered s*x offender living in the facility repeatedly s*xually abused a female resident suffering from dementia, according to the state.

Pontiac Nursing Home in Oswego failed to consistently monitor the s*x offender or take other steps to protect the woman and other residents from the man, a state Health Department inspection shows.

The nursing home management didn’t tell Pontiac’s doctor and some other employees who cared for the man that he is a s*x offender, the inspection report says.

Pontiac admitted the man in 2019, even though management knew he was a registered s*x offender for an offense committed in another state, according to the inspection.

Our firm represents residents and families holding the facilities and perpetrators accountable and responsible for these actions.
