Alright Spencer & Van Etten… let’s talk about what’s REALLY happening in the market right now 👀🏡
Inventory is still LOW, with only 6 Homes currently available in the Spencer/ Van Etten area, and buyers are paying attention.
I'm also getting messages from agents asking:

📲 “Any new listings hitting soon?”
📲 “Anything with acreage?”
📲 “Anything move-in ready?”
That tells me one thing — BUYERS are still looking.
We're seeing properties ranging from land listings around $80,000 up to mid-$300,000s for homes, leaving room for a variety of buyers searching in our area.
