The market has been going through some changes lately and we are no longer in a market where every contingency is being waived. I have been selling in the area for 14 years and have seen the market though all conditions. It is important to align yourself with an agent that you not only trust and can communicate with but who will have your best interests in mind when negotiating transactions. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband and my son Cooper. We live on a river and enjoy all things outdoors including fishing, hiking and ATV’s. In the winter we enjoy snowmobiling and essentially anything that has to do with snow. Friends and family are a big part of my life and feel so fortunate to have had many of my clients become great friends as well.
