🏠 NEW ONTARIO LANDLORD RULES — Effective September 21, 2026

Ontario landlords and tenants: there are important changes to be aware of, including updates to N4 notice periods, persistent late rent, and N12 notices.

📌 Key update: For monthly and yearly tenancies, the N4 notice period for unpaid rent is now 7 days instead of 14.
