🙏🏻So so much gratitude today🙏🏻for the honor of making the dream of home ownership true for this young family 👨‍👩‍👦‍👦 Their home search began two years ago, but was abruptly put to an end when they were relocated by their employers to Massachusetts. I was so surprised and happy to hear from them a couple months ago after deciding they couldn’t handle the brutal winters of the northeast and needed to move back to California.☀️They wanted me to find them a home before their arrival this July. This 🔥 hot market is beyond brutal on buyers but I prepped these first time buyers what to expect and what needs to be done and they dove right in.
