Some closings feel extra special—and 23 Mulholland is one of them.

For the sellers, this move marks a beautiful new chapter ahead. And for the buyers, it’s the realization of a dream decades in the making. After living on Great Neck as a young man, he hoped one day he’d look out over the ocean again. When he and his wife first saw Mulholland online, they fell in love… but by the time they sold their home, it was already under contract.

What felt like a setback then turned out to be fate. When the original buyers had to withdraw due to work changes, these two were given a second chance. One showing later—and it was clear this home was meant for them.

Now they’re starting their own new chapter in their dream location: hosting gatherings, watching the creeks shift with the tides, and soaking in every bit of Great Neck magic.
