Not every property is a good fit for what we call a "traditional" sale. Sometimes repairs, expense, time, and the stress it would take to make it a "traditional" sale don't make sense. In situations like this, the right investor might be able to provide another option and give the seller a clear path forward.

Investors aren't the right answer for everyone, and they typically won't pay market price for a home. BUT sometimes, the best deal isn't about getting the highest possible price. It's about finding the best solution that makes the most sense for the seller.

And for this particular seller, it's the solution that got us to CLOSE!

Congrats to my seller on closing this ridiculously stressful chapter! Now, onto the next one! I know it's going to be amazing! CONGRATS!!! WE GOT THERE!!
