Great job Sam on this case! Sam did some awesome research and was able to get the new law charge dropped and a terrific result on the violation of probation case. His research on the issues in this case is resulting in policy changes and training at the sheriff's office and the probation office. Fantastic job protecting this client's 4th amendment rights!
