Help us welcome our new attorney, L. Brooke Quick.
Brooke got her law degree from Mississippi College School of Law. She never lived anywhere but Florida and once she graduated, she came straight back to Florida. She passed the bar in 2022 and had been working as a Public Defender, on a felony docket, in Marion County and then here in Citrus County before joining our firm.
Her and her husband Billy have been married for 5 years. They have a 3-year-old son and a 6-month-old daughter. In addition, they have two fur babies - a cocker spaniel and rescue kitty. When she has a day off, with no plans, she actually likes to catch up on house chores, tend to her plants while the kiddos enjoy the outdoors and make different coffees (she is a Nespresso connoisseur). She also loves to thrift shop.
When asked why the change in law, she said “I like evolving as an attorney. I like untangling challenging and confusing legal issues and being able to find resolutions that best met my client’s goals. I love that feeling when you solve the issue and can pass it along.”
We are positive Brooke will make a wonderful addition to our team.
